Effective date: 11 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the optional Discord integration within the Truly Hub desktop application and its apps (the “Software”), and the Truly bot that streamers add to their Discord servers, both produced by TrulyStupid (“we”, “us”). By connecting your Discord account, adding the bot to a server, or using its commands, you agree to these terms.
The integration lets the Software, with your authorization, read your Discord profile and your current voice-channel presence (including who is speaking) from the Discord desktop client on your computer, and display that information in features such as stream overlays. The Software runs on your own machine.
You agree not to use the integration to harass, deceive, or violate the privacy of others, to misrepresent who is speaking, or to break any applicable law or platform rule. You are responsible for what you choose to display on your stream.
Our handling of information accessed through Discord is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: voice presence is processed locally on your device and authentication tokens are stored locally; we do not record audio or sell your data. The bot stores only what Part B of that policy lists.
The integration depends on Discord’s APIs and the Discord desktop client running on your computer, which may change or become unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the integration at any time.
The Software and the integration are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrulyStupid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the integration.
You may stop using the integration at any time by disconnecting Discord. We may suspend access if these terms or Discord’s terms are violated.
