Effective date: 11 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Truly Hub software, the apps that run inside it, your TrulyStupid account, the theme shop, and this website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service is provided by TrulyStupid. Contact: support@trulystupid.dev.
Merchant of record. Subscriptions are sold through Stripe acting as merchant of record. Stripe is the seller of record for the transaction, handles VAT and sales tax, issues your receipts and invoices, and provides transaction support. Your card statement will show a Link/Stripe descriptor alongside our name.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content and services that start immediately you may lose that right once delivery has begun, and by subscribing or downloading you ask us to start straight away.
Beyond that, if something is not working as it should, contact support@trulystupid.dev and we will try to put it right. Nothing here affects your legal rights where the Service is faulty or not as described.
Don't use the Service to:
You are responsible for what you broadcast using the Service, including anything your viewers trigger through your commands and overlays.
Voices. Some voices in Power Stream are hosted by third-party providers and were uploaded there by other people. If a voice uses your voice, a performance you own, or a character you hold the rights to, report it here. We take a reported voice down while we look into it.
Reporting content. To report anything on the Service that's illegal or breaks these terms, such as a link page, something shared with you, a review or a theme, email support@trulystupid.dev with a link and what's wrong. We'll look at it, remove what breaks the rules, and tell you what we did. If we remove something of yours, we'll tell you why, and you can ask us to look at it again.
The Service connects to platforms we do not control: Twitch, TikTok, Spotify, Discord, OBS and others. Your use of those is governed by their terms. They can change or withdraw their interfaces at any time, which may stop a feature working through no fault of ours. We are not responsible for their availability or for anything they do to your account with them.
Truly Hub isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them. Their names and logos are trademarks of their owners, used only to say what the Service works with.
Your overlays, media, configuration and streams remain yours. We claim no ownership. If you enable cloud sync you are asking us to store and transmit your configuration so it reaches your other machines; that is the only permission it gives us. If you share something with a friend through the Service, you are asking us to deliver it to them.
When you stream with the Service, it handles information about your viewers: their names and handles, what they say in chat, their gifts, points and levels, and anything they give you, such as a birthday. Most of it stays on your computer. Some reaches our servers when you use features that need it: cloud sync and backups, the Discord bot, and voices that read chat aloud.
For that information, you decide what's collected and why, and we handle it for you. For the parts on our servers, we:
You're responsible for having a good reason to use your viewers' information, for telling them how you use it where the law requires, and for not collecting more than you need.
An agency is a team of streamers run by its owners and managers in the agency portal.
Truly Hub and its apps are licensed to you, not sold. You may install and use them under an active account and within the device limit on your plan. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute them, or defeat the signing and licensing that protects premium apps, except where the law says you may.
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell you and you may cancel.
You can stop using the Service at any time, cancel from within the Hub, and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or is used for fraud or chargebacks. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first, and we will refund any unused paid period unless the closure is for fraud.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law: including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: the Service is provided as it is; we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost streams, lost data or indirect losses; and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and if the change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.
